OutsideHire
Outsourced sales teams · Inbound & outbound · Voice & non-voice

We run the sales floor you don’t have time to build.

Anyone can rent you seats and a dialer. What decides whether the floor makes money is the layer above the agent: who writes the script, who listens to the calls, and who changes both when the numbers move. That layer is what we lead with, a sales leader who has built inbound and outbound floors to target, and a trained team underneath them.

See what we run

20 minutes with a sales leader, not an account manager. We’ll map your motion, your channels and what a team would look like. No obligation.

Outbound playbookWritten for your offer
The opener most vendors hand you

"Hi, I’m calling from a company that helps businesses like yours save on their phone system. Do you have a few minutes?"

The opener we write with you

"I’ll be quick. You’re with your provider until March, and most people we call have not priced the alternative yet. Worth eleven minutes?"

Why it matters

The first opens on us and on savings, so the prospect hears a pitch and hangs up. The second opens on their renewal date, which is the only thing that makes the call timely. Someone has to know that difference, and then keep checking it still holds.

What we cover

Every direction, every channel, one management layer.

Sales floors don’t split neatly into "inbound" and "outbound" any more. A lead arrives on chat, gets qualified by SMS, closes on the phone and renews by email. We staff and manage all of it against one playbook and one scorecard.

By program

One playbook, one QA rubric, one report across every channel. A chat agent and a phone agent working the same offer are scored against the same criteria, coached by the same leader, and reported on the same page. That consistency is the reason blended programs work for us and fall apart elsewhere.

Program catalogue

Find your motion by name.

Take the whole revenue cycle or the single program that’s leaking. Every one runs with leadership, coaching and QA included, not billed on top.

Stage 01

Acquire

Creating pipeline that does not exist yet.

  • Cold calling, list-based prospecting into a defined ICP
  • Appointment setting, meetings your AEs actually take
  • SDR / BDR as a service, multi-touch, multi-channel cadences
  • Lead qualification. MQL to SQL against your criteria
  • Event and webinar follow-up, worked before the list goes cold
  • List building and enrichment, built, verified and suppressed
  • Market research and surveys, voice of customer at volume
Stage 02

Convert

Turning demand you already paid for into revenue.

  • Inbound sales and order taking, your most expensive calls, answered
  • Speed-to-lead, first touch inside 60 seconds, every attempt logged
  • Live chat sales, pre-sales advice and cart intercept
  • Quote and proposal follow-up, the step most teams drop
  • Trial and freemium conversion. PQL outreach for SaaS
  • Application and boarding completion, signed to activated
  • Overflow and after-hours, nobody hits voicemail
Stage 03

Grow

Getting more out of the customers you already have.

  • Upsell and cross-sell, on service calls and as its own desk
  • Attach and accessory sales. AOV lift at the point of order
  • Account expansion, one product to two
  • Reactivation, dormant and lapsed accounts, worked in cohorts
  • Loyalty and program enrollment, at scale, compliantly
  • Dealer, agent and partner recruitment, channel pipeline
  • Seasonal surge teams, stood up and stood down on schedule
Stage 04

Retain

The revenue that leaks out quietly.

  • Renewal outreach, worked before the renewal date, not after
  • Cancellation saves, with the offer authority you approve
  • At-risk outreach, triggered by usage or volume decline
  • Win-back, churned accounts, worked on a defined cycle
  • Proactive check-ins, onboarding and first-90-day calls
  • Payment and dunning recovery, failed cards and lapsed billing
  • Post-sale quality calls, verification and fallout prevention
How an engagement is structured

Three motions, and the layer that makes them work.

Buy the whole revenue motion or the piece you need. What never comes off the engagement is the management underneath it.

Service line 01

Outbound and lead generation

Cold calling, list building, SDR and appointment-setting programs, and multi-touch cadences across phone, email, SMS and social. Measured in meetings held and pipeline sourced, not dials placed.

Service line 02

Inbound and conversion

Your most expensive leads, answered. Inbound call and chat handling, order taking, speed-to-lead follow-up, warm-lead closing, and overflow and after-hours coverage across every channel you publish.

Service line 03

Retention and account management

Revenue leaks out of the base quietly. Renewal outreach, upsell and cross-sell, win-back campaigns, proactive check-ins, and churn saves with exactly the authority you approve.

All three run on top of
Service line 04 · included on every seat

Sales leadership and QA

Agents follow a script. Someone has to write it, listen to the calls, and change it when the numbers say so. That someone is on your engagement from day one, not sold to you as an upgrade in month four.

  • Script, rebuttal and playbook design
  • Call and chat monitoring, QA scoring
  • Daily coaching and weekly one-on-ones
  • KPI dashboards and performance reviews
  • Hiring, training and ramp management
  • Workforce management and forecasting
  • Incentive and commission plan design
  • Recording, consent and DNC compliance
The operating model

The same spine runs under every sales floor.

Industry and channel change the script. They don’t change the machine. This is the process we stand up on day one and manage every day after, whether the program is healthcare scheduling or telco acquisition.

The revenue path · lead to recognised saleTen steps. Every one has an owner, a metric and a failure mode.
01

Lead and list intake

Sources agreed, fields mapped, routing rules set, duplicates and bad records stripped before anyone dials.

02

Scrub and suppression

DNC files, internal suppression, litigator lists, consent status and calling-window rules applied per record.

03

Contact strategy

Channel order, attempt counts, spacing, best-time-to-call, local presence and retry logic, written down, not improvised.

04

Qualification

The bar you signed off on, so a qualified lead means the same thing to us as it does to your closers.

05

Pitch and rebuttal

The opener, the discovery questions, the objection map and the rebuttals, built with your team and revised weekly.

06

Close or handoff

Order taken, application completed, or a warm transfer or booked meeting with full context attached.

07

Verification

Recorded confirmation, TPV where the regulation or the product demands it, disclosure language scored on the call.

08

Fulfilment follow-through

The sale isn’t a sale until it provisions, ships or activates. We chase the gap and report the fallout.

09

QA and calibration

Calls scored against your rubric, calibration sessions with your team so scores mean the same thing on both sides.

10

Review and revise

Weekly review with a named leader. What changed, why, and what we’re testing next week.

The floor underneath itThe disciplines that decide whether the process above survives contact with month three.

Recruiting and profiling

Sales-aptitude screening, not generic CX hiring. We recruit for objection tolerance and closing instinct, and we tell you the funnel numbers.

Training, nesting, certification

Product, systems and compliance training, then nesting on live calls under supervision. Nobody reaches your customers uncertified.

Workforce management

Volume forecasting, schedule design, real-time adherence, occupancy and shrinkage management, so coverage matches your demand curve.

Incentive and commission design

Plans built so the agent’s best day and your best day are the same day, and rebalanced when the behaviour drifts.

Floor management and gamification

Hourly targets, visible leaderboards, huddles and interventions. A quiet sales floor is a floor that has stopped selling.

Attrition and bench

Tenure tracked, backfill pipeline warm, cross-trained bench ready. Your program does not lose a week because two agents resigned.

Inside an engagement

You are not buying dials. You are buying this.

Four artifacts, before anyone dials, on every program and every channel.

Outbound playbookYours to keep
Opener

"I’ll be quick. You’re with your provider until March, and most people we call have not priced the alternative yet. Worth eleven minutes?"

Rebuttal · "we’re happy where we are"

"Good, that’s how it should be. I’m not asking you to move. I’m asking what you’d need to see to even look."

What’s in it

Openers and rebuttals for every objection your buyers actually raise, written with your team, not handed down from a template, and a matching version for chat and email, because the objection is the same and the medium isn’t.

Qualification criteria you sign off on, so a booked meeting means the same thing to us as it does to your closers.

Cadence rules: how many touches, on what channels, how far apart, and when to stop.

Why it matters: the playbook is the asset. It is written for your offer, it is kept current as the calls teach us things, and it is yours whether or not you keep us.

Every one of those four is yours, written for your offer, whether or not you keep us.

Why operator-led

Outsourced sales fails at the management layer,
not the agent layer.

We write the script
Around your offer and your buyers, with your team in the room.
We score every contact

We change it when the data says
Openers and rebuttals get replaced when they stop working.

Every OutsideHire engagement runs under a sales leader who has built and scaled inbound and outbound floors to target. That is the product. The seats come with it.

How we’re measured

We run to your scorecard, not our activity report.

The QA math

Sampling 2% of calls tells you almost nothing.

Traditional QA scores a handful of calls per agent per month and calls it quality management. We put AI analysis across a minimum of 85% of contacts, then human calibration on the sample that matters, the outliers, the disputes and the deals that fell out.

Where we sell

The playbook adapts. The management does not.

We write the script around your product and your buyers. What stays the same across every engagement is the operator running it, which is why the model travels across industries that look nothing like each other.

Not on the list? The operating model above does not change with the vertical. If your buyers can be reached on a phone, a chat window or an inbox, we can build the floor. Bring us the offer and the objections and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right team.

Compliance & security

The part that ends engagements if you get it wrong.

Telesales is a regulated activity, and a vendor that treats compliance as a footnote is a liability on your balance sheet. Compliance is scored on the call, not promised on a slide.

Contact regulation

How we’re allowed to call

  • TCPA and the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule
  • Federal, state and internal DNC scrubbing on every list
  • Prior express written consent captured, timestamped and retained
  • State-by-state calling windows and frequency caps enforced in the dialer
  • Abandon-rate monitoring and safe-harbour pacing
  • STIR/SHAKEN attestation and caller-ID reputation management
  • SMS consent, opt-out handling and 10DLC registration
Data & privacy

How your data is handled

  • Call and chat recording with one- and two-party consent scripting by state
  • PCI DSS controls for card capture: pause-and-resume recording, clean-desk and no-device floor policy
  • HIPAA handling and BAA execution for healthcare programs
  • GDPR / UK GDPR and the Philippine Data Privacy Act
  • GLBA safeguards for financial services programs
  • Data residency, retention schedules and documented DPAs
  • Role-based access, audit logging and secure-floor controls
Quality of sale

How we keep the sale sold

  • Recorded verification and TPV where product or regulation requires it
  • Disclosure language scored as a pass/fail criterion on every call
  • Zero-tolerance misrepresentation policy with defined consequences
  • Fallout, cancellation and chargeback tracked and reported weekly
  • Cooling-off and buyer’s-remorse handling built into the script
  • Complaint capture, escalation path and root-cause review
  • Net reported alongside gross on every program

  • LanguageNeutral-accent English as standard, with certification before any agent reaches your customers. Additional languages on request.
  • RecruitingWe hire for sales aptitude, not generic CX. Objection tolerance and closing instinct are screened for, and we show you the funnel numbers behind every hire.
  • ScaleOur leadership has taken an operation from 600 to 2,000 seats in twelve months and run ~3,000 agents across the US, Philippines and Mexico on a ~$40M P&L. Scaling is not a theory here.
  • ContinuityRedundant power and connectivity, a documented BCP with a tested recovery window, and a cross-trained bench so a resignation doesn’t cost you a week.
How we get paid

Six shapes. We tell you which one fits on the first call.

Pricing is set per engagement, because a renewals desk and a cold outbound program are not the same job and shouldn’t carry the same rate card.

Per FTE / per hour

You buy the capacity

A dedicated agent at a monthly or hourly rate, with leadership, coaching, QA and workforce management included rather than billed on top.

Best when volume is steady and you want cost certainty
Dedicated vs shared

You buy the coverage

Dedicated agents for a single program, or pooled capacity across a shared queue for lower-volume and after-hours coverage. Part-time and seasonal available.

Best for overflow, after-hours and pilot volumes
Per qualified lead or meeting

You buy the outcome

You pay for leads or meetings that clear the qualification bar you set during ramp, audited against recordings so the bar means the same thing on both sides.

Best for outbound where the outcome is easy to define
Per sale / CPA

You buy the result

A fixed fee per completed, verified sale, with fallout and cancellations netted out so you pay for revenue that stays sold.

Best for high-volume acquisition with a clean sale definition
Base plus performance

We share the upside

A reduced seat rate with a performance component tied to the metric we agreed the team is held to. Floor for us, leverage for you.

Best when you want us leaning into the same number
Revenue share

We carry the risk with you

Our fee tracks the revenue the team produces, the way our engineering side takes basis points. Requires clean attribution and shared reporting.

Best when you want us fully exposed to your number
Start small

A paid pilot, with a defined success bar.

You should not have to sign a twelve-month contract to find out whether an outsourced floor works for your offer. Run a pod, agree the bar before we start, and decide with real numbers in front of you.

  • 120-day pilot, minimum one 10-seat pod
  • Success metric and target agreed in writing before launch
  • Full playbook, QA rubric and reporting from week one, nothing held back
  • You keep the playbook whether or not the pilot converts
  • 30-day notice to stop, no long-term lock-in during pilot

We don’t publish rates. The right shape depends on your offer, your channels and your volume.

Questions we get

Straight answers.

How is this different from a call center?

A call center sells you seats and measures dials. We sell you a sales leader and measure conversion. Every engagement runs under someone who has built and run inbound and outbound floors, and the scripts, coaching, QA, workforce management and reporting are part of the engagement rather than add-ons you buy later.

Your team is in Manila. Will my US buyers notice?

Some will, and we’d rather you test it than take our word for it. Agents are certified before they reach your customers, and every call is recorded. Ask for call samples on the first conversation, and listen to live calls during the pilot. If the buyers on your list will only buy from a domestic voice, we’ll tell you that instead of selling you a floor that won’t work.

Do you handle non-voice, or just phones?

Both. Live chat sales, email cadences, SMS, social and marketplace messaging, and back-office sales support all run as programs in their own right, and blended into voice programs where the buyer moves between channels. Same playbook, same QA rubric, same weekly report across all of them.

Which industries do you sell in?

Retail and e-commerce, telecom and VOIP, media and entertainment, healthcare, financial services and insurance, SaaS and technology, payments, travel, home services and B2B professional services. The playbook adapts to your product and your buyers. The management layer is what stays the same, and it is the part that travels.

What’s the minimum engagement?

One 10-seat pod on a 120-day pilot is the usual starting point, and we add capacity in the same increment. Smaller than that and there isn’t enough volume to tell signal from noise, which serves neither of us.

How fast can you be live?

Typically three to five weeks from signature to first live contact, driven mostly by systems access, compliance review and how much playbook work your offer needs. We won’t shorten it by putting uncertified agents in front of your customers.

Who actually manages the team?

A named sales leader who has built and scaled inbound and outbound floors, working American hours. You meet them on the first call, they write your playbook, and they are on your weekly review. You are not handed to an account manager after signing.

How does QA work?

Contacts are recorded, with a minimum of 85% analyzed by AI, then scored against a rubric we build with you during ramp. Coaches review scores daily, run one-on-ones weekly, and change the script when the data says an opener or rebuttal is losing. We calibrate with your team so a score means the same thing on both sides, and you can open any call behind any number we report.

How do you handle TCPA, DNC and consent?

Every list is scrubbed against federal, state and internal DNC plus litigator files before it loads. Consent status, calling windows and frequency caps are enforced in the dialer, not left to the agent. Disclosure language is a pass/fail criterion on the scorecard, and consent records are timestamped and retained. For regulated products we run recorded verification or TPV.

Which CRMs and dialers do you work in?

Yours. We work inside your CRM and dialer so your pipeline data stays in your system and stays yours. If you don’t have a stack yet, we recommend one and set it up under your accounts, not ours, so if you bring the floor in-house later, nothing has to be migrated.

How are you priced?

Per engagement, in one of six shapes: per FTE or hour, dedicated or shared, per qualified lead or meeting, per sale, base plus performance, or revenue share. We don’t publish rates because the right shape depends on your offer, your channels and your volume. We’ll tell you which one fits on the first call.

Who owns the leads, the data and the playbook?

You do, all three. Leads and CRM data live in your system throughout. The scripts, rebuttals, cadences and QA rubric are written for your offer and they are yours, if you bring the floor in-house later, you take the playbook with you. We don’t resell your data or work your competitors’ lists off the back of it.
