Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how OutsideHire LLC ("OutsideHire," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit outsidehire.com or contact us through this site. We keep data collection to a minimum and never sell your information.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus minimal technical data needed to run the site:
- Contact form details you submit: your name, work email, company, the segment you selected, your project type, and your message.
- Standard server and request logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept briefly for security and reliability.
- Privacy-friendly, cookieless usage analytics (aggregate page views and performance metrics). These do not use tracking cookies and do not identify you personally.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics are cookieless, so there is no cookie-consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Your browser may store basic functional state, but we do not track you across other sites.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement.
- To send you a confirmation email acknowledging your message.
- To keep an internal record of who has contacted us.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
We do not use your contact-form submission to send you marketing or newsletters. If we ever add a marketing program, it will be opt-in.
Service providers
We share data only with the providers that help us run the site, under their own privacy and security commitments:
- Resend, our email provider, which delivers the notification to us and the confirmation to you, and stores your name and email as a record-only contact (marked unsubscribed, not used for marketing).
- Vercel, our hosting and cookieless-analytics provider.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to follow up and for our business records, and we delete it on request. Server logs are retained only briefly.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email ceo@outsidehire.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. We will revise the date above when we do.
